Crescent Dental offers an in-office savings plan for patients without insurance. We are committed to providing quality care at a fair and affordable rate.
There are three membership options for you to choose from:
- Regular Membership – $25/month
With our Regular Membership, you will receive two dental cleanings and exams and any necessary X-rays each year, as well as a 30% discount on other fees.
- Child Membership – $21/month
With this membership, children receive two dental cleanings and exams and any needed X-rays per year, and a 30% discount on other treatments.
- Perio Membership – $31/month
The Perio Membership includes three dental cleanings and exams and any necessary X-rays per year and a 30% discount on other treatments.
